The Recreation Master Plan is a work in progress in my current role. It sets out the projects in the next 10 years that the City will undertake to enhance recreation and leisure opportunities in the City. The endeavour includes an analysis of current needs and recommendations for improvements and investments in facilities, processes, design, communications, and programming.
